Monday Square Ltd is managed by a registered and licensed real estate agent at the Cyprus Council of Real Estate Agents, bearing registration number 986 and license number 453/E, and operates under the Cyprus Real Estate Agents Law 71(I)/2010 and any amendments. Monday Square Ltd operates Monday Square Site at Mousikos.cy.
The following Terms create a legally binding agreement between you and Monday Square, which will oversee your use of the Monday Square website located at www.mondaysquare.com and any other websites through which Monday Square provides its services. These components along with all services offered by Monday Square, will be collectively referred to as the “Monday Square website”. This agreement also includes the incorporation of our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and any other policies that apply to your use of the Monday Square website. Monday Square website allows visitors and users to search, browse, and take actions on real estate listings in Cyprus, get real estate market insights, and receive real estate agent services. Members can add properties to their favorites, compare them and communicate directly with Monday Square. There is no fee for visitors or Members to use the site or related products and services.
Access to some areas and features of the Monday Square website may be subject to additional policies, standards, or guidelines and may require the acceptance of additional terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between these terms and the terms for a specific area or feature, the latter terms will take precedence, unless specified otherwise.
